Raúl Lucido
Chef Raul Lucido studied at the Universidad Anahuac del Sur and the Culinary Institute of America, after that the journey began studying at the Institute Paul Bocuse a specialty in contemporary French cuisine.

He began working with Monica Patiño at Taberna de Leon as a cook, and then started assisting in the opening of the restaurant “Iman” in Polanco, Mexico City, where he was the Sous Chef´s for Matthew Crabbe.
In 2002 he traveled to San Sebastian, Spain to work for the recognized Chef Karlos Arguiñano as Chef de Partie, where he learns the joys of the Basque cuisine.

He returned to Mexico in 2004 to work for Mayan Resorts Nuevo Vallarta (Vidanta now) where he starts as Garde Manger Chef and then as Commissary Kitchen Chef to serve 28 Restaurants and Bars in a Resort of 3,000 rooms, where he specializes in banquets, costs, inventories, and high volume production.
